NSX-v to NSX-t migration fails on 7.0U2 running on HPE (KB84466)

Was just running a NSX-v to t migration and everything went fine until a host was running 7.0.2 already.
Migration stopped with a vague error message:

Execution of v2t script failed for host 18a04a94-b06c-40e4-9965-1bbbb5fd9a75:host-76744 [v2t executing in maint. mode Removing NSXV overlay status from host config with cmd [sed -i '/com\.vmware\.common\.host\.volatile\.overlay\.status/d' /etc/vmware/hostd/config.xml > /dev/null 2>&1] Restarting hostd with cmd [/etc/init.d/hostd restart > /dev/null 2>&1] Could not connect to host [localhost] using username [nsx-user] Could not connect to host [localhost] using username [nsx-user] Could not connect to host [localhost] using username [nsx-user] Could not connect to host [localhost] using username [nsx-user] Could not connect to host [localhost] using username [nsx-user] Could not connect to host [localhost] using username [nsx-user] ]

Resolution is already in this KB but i was unable to find it as this error message was not in that KB, so this post is for everyone looking like me. https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/84466?lang=en_US
